锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效 被引量：3

摘要 回顾性分析锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的手术效果.方法:切开复位后按左右侧选择不同锁骨钩钢板内固定及韧带修补技术治疗锁骨远端骨折34例.结果:34例均获随访,时间6～30个月.根据Karlsson疗效标准,优25例,良9例.结论:切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定是治疗锁骨远端骨折一种良好的手术方法.
