摘要
本文研究了用N503 - 煤油体系回收镀锌层退镀液中锌的工艺条件,并进行了实验室三级逆流串级模拟实验,结果表明,含锌40 ~60 g/L 的退镀液( 不需任何处理) ,直接用N503 - 煤油作为有机相经三级萃取后,锌的回收率可达99 .95 % 。( 萃余液中剩余锌20 ~30 mg/L) 萃取机理研究表明:锌以络合酸H2ZnCl4 形式进入有机相,其萃合物的溶剂化数为2 。
Research the technologic condition of recycling Zn from waste liquid originated from zincification layer by N 503 -kerosene system and make third-class reflux simulation experiment in series on laboratory scale.The result indicated that waste liquid originated from zincification layer(without any treatment)containing 40-60 g/L Zn is treated by N 503 -kerosene as organic phase,the recycling rate of Zn can reach to 99.95%(the content of Zn in extractive liquid is 20-30 mg/L).The mechanism of extraction indicate that Zn go into organic phase in the type of H 2 ZnCl 4 and solvent coefficient of extraction is 2.
