摘要
研究了含双络合剂化学复合镀(Ni-P)-PTFE的工艺过程。分析了各成分对镀液沉积速度、稳定性和使用周期的影响,确定了复合镀的最佳配方及管理方法。结果表明,由于选择了合适的络合剂、缓冲剂和稳定剂进行组合使用,该镀液在连续补加条件下可以使用4 个周期,沉积速度保持在7~14μm /h。
The technological process of (Ni P) PTFE electroless composite plating with two complexing agents has been studied. The optimum formula and control ways of the bath are determined on basis of analysing the effects of process parameters on stability, deposition rate and using cycles of the bath. The results show that the electroless composite plating bath can be used 4 cycles (4 metal turn over). Owing to selecting and combining appropriate complexing agents, buffer and stabilizer, rate of deposition is kept within 7~14 μm/h through adding every ingredient into the bath.
