摘要
研究了掺杂 TiO2对C2A3S矿物的形成及水化性能的影响在1300℃保温1h, TiO2稳 定过渡产物CA的作用使C4A3S的形成速度降低;在1300℃保温3h,适量的 TiO2增加 C4A3S的 形成量;TiO2的含量过高,使C4A3S的形成量减少并出现 CT(CaTiO3).掺杂TiO2使C4A3S 以四方晶系的结构存在掺杂提高了C4A3S的水化反应活性。
The influence of TiO2 on the formation and hydration properties of C4A3S were studied. Results showed that the forming speed of C4A3S decreased because TiO2 stabilized the transitional product CA at 1300℃; increasing soaking time to 3h, a suitable amount of TiO2 increased the content of C4A3S; and higher content of TiO2 decreased the content of C4A3S and formed the mineral of CT(CaTiO3). TiO2 resulted in the appearence of C4A3S crystal of tetragonat structure. TiO2 increases the hydration acticity of C4A3S, this can be attributed to the distortion of crystal lattice of C4A3S.
