聚丙烯/膨胀石墨/碳纤维导热复合材料 被引量:11

摘要 研究了聚丙烯(PP)/膨胀石墨(EG)/碳纤维(CF)复合材料的导热、力学以及加工性能。研究发现:当膨胀石墨的质量含量达到20%时,热导率是纯聚丙烯的2倍,但熔体流动性能有所下降;添加1%的聚乙烯蜡可以明显改善体系的熔体流动性能;将膨胀石墨与5%的碳纤维杂化使用,热导率达0.91 W.m-1K-1,是纯聚丙烯的5倍,熔体指数达到1.72 g/10 min,同时该复合材料具有较好的力学性能。 The thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and processing property of polypropylene (PP)/expanded graphite (EG)/carbon fiber(CF) composite were studied. The results showed that the thermal conductivity of the composite with 20 % content of EG was 2 times that of pure PP,but its melt flow rate was decreased. The PE wax at the weight fraction of 1% could improve the melt flow rate. When the content of carbon fiber was 5 % , the thermal conductivity reached 0.91 W ·m-1·K-l and was five times of pure PP. The melt flow rate was 1.72 g/10 min and the mechanical properties were good.
