摘要
首先依据三维溶度参数预测了PVDF/PVA体系为部分相容,并且影响体系相容性的关键在于温度及PVA所占比例。通过共同溶剂法,及玻璃化转变温度的测定来确定该体系的相容情况,来验证理论推测的结果。实验结果表明:理论推测是正确的,PVDF/PVA共混体系为部分相容体系,随着PVDF质量分数的增加及体系温度的升高,该体系的相容性更好。
The compatibility of PVDF/PVA was forecasted through the equations of three dimension solubility parameter, and compatibility of the blend system was characterized by some methods such as co-solvent method and DSC. The results showed that the blend polymer of PVDF/PVA was partly compatible,and compatibility of the blend system was improved with the increasing of PVDF' s mass ratio and the system' s temperature.
