摘要
探讨了热压烧结制备Ta/ β’ Sialon系梯度功能材料 (FGM)的最佳参数 ,利用显微力学探针测量了Ta/ β’ Sialon系FGM各层的杨氏模量。提出了用于评价复合材料物性的抛物线模型 ,并对其物性进行了估算。在此基础上 ,对Ta/ β’ Sialon系FGM的残余热应力进行了分析 ,得出最佳成分分布指数P为 0 .89。
Preparation of Ta/β Sialon FGM by using hot pressing sintering is introduced in this paper.The Young’s modules of composites made up of different components are measured.A new model called parabolic model is put forward to estimate various physical properties. Based on these work, the residual thermal stress in Ta/β’ Sialon FGM has also been analyzed in this paper.
