摘要
对间歇式酯化 -酯交换工艺进行了具体分析 ,并着重介绍了采用高温气相法及补充酯交换工艺 ,以高酸值酸化油和脂肪酸代替高档油脂生产脂肪酸甲酯的生产工艺。
The intermittent esterification ester replaced process was analysed in this paper.The production process of fatty acid methyl ester with high acid value acidulated oil and fatty acid replaced superior quality fat and oil by high temperature gas phase method and supplemental ester translation process was also introduced.
