利多卡因输注与穴位电刺激治疗糖尿病性神经痛的临床疗效比较 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病患者神经病变性疼痛的治疗是极为棘手的,对这种常见并发症治疗效果的提高是目前须解决的临床问题。近年来,计算机控制微量泵静脉输注利多卡因有了新的认识,因此被用于神经性疼痛的治疗。穴位无创电刺激治疗能治疗多种原因的疼痛,其机制涉及针灸和理疗治疗机理,包括促进机体内啡肽释放,改善局部微循环和代谢,改善神经的缺血缺氧状态,减轻组织水肿,增加神经的传导速度等。
