This paper presents a massive exam management system for administrative department, it gives the overall system architecture design ideas, discuss the implementation for the major functional blocks. It focuses on some key algorithms, such as repeated-degree discriminating, degree of difficulty adjusting for the examination questions, and so on, it gives the deployment, configuration and application examples for the system.
