摘要
首次以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为催化剂,通过对羟基苯甲酸和正丙醇反应合成了对羟基苯甲酸丙酯,并探讨了诸因素对酯化率的影响。实验表明:TiSiW12O40/TiO2具有良好的催化活性,醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的2.0%,反应时间2h,反应温度85~90℃,酯化率可达89.2%。
The synthesis of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate were studied with propanol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants, and reaction conditions were selected. It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 was an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, and the optimum reaction conditions were that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 4∶1,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 2.0%, and the reaction time was 2.0h. Under this conditions, the yield of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate was 89.2%.
