哈尔滨市综合医院手术室感染影响因素分析

Infection factors analysis of general hospital operating room in Harbin city

目的了解综合医院手术室感染情况，分析现阶段医院手术室感染的影响因素，改善手术室医疗质量，保障病人安全。方法选取哈尔滨市6家三级综合医院和6家二级综合医院的手术室护士长，采用问卷调查法调查手术室感染情况，分析手术室发生感染的危险因素。结果2009年6家二级医院手术室全年手术量为3211台，发生医院感染163例，发生手术室感染19例；6家三级医院手术室全年手术量为7592台，发生医院感染1339例，发生手术室感染11例。影响手术室感染的因素为：医护人员手卫生、器械物品消毒灭菌与隔离、手术室环境、手术室布局与工作流程。结论手术室感染控制应在手卫生、消毒灭菌隔离、环境、布局及工作流程这几个方面加强管理，减少手术室感染的发生数量。

Objective To investigate 12 general hospitals operating room infection management of in Harbin city, analyze current hospital operating room infection control factors, and to improve the operating room health care quality, increase patient safety and security. Methods Harbin Heading nurses in the operating room of six three and six two general hospitals were selected as the object of study; using questionnaires to explore the operating room risk factors for infection. Results Overall operation number in six two general hospital was 3 211 in one year, and 163 operations occurred hospital infection, 19 operations occurred operation room infection; overall operation number in six three hospital was 7 592 one year, hospital and operation room infection number were 1339 and 11, respectively. Factors influencing operation infection were as following： hand hygiene of the staff, sterilization and isolation of equipment, environment of operation room, and layout and workflow. Conclusions Operating room infection control management should be strengthened in hand hygiene, disinfection and sterilization isolation, environment, layout and work flow, which can effectively reduce the incidence of infection in the operating room number.
