摘要 以亚硫酸氢钠-过硫酸胺为引发体系,进行丙烯腈同马来酸酐的水相沉淀共聚合反应。讨论了引发体系组成、反应温度、反应时间及投料方式等对共聚物分子量、收率及组成的影响。通过改变引发体系的组成,可在保持收率不变的情况下,在较大范围内调节共聚物的分子量及组成。反应温度的提高明显降低共聚物的分子量,但有利于提高共聚物中马来酸酐的含量,而收率上升的趋势则随温度的提高渐趋平缓。延长反应时间有利于提高共聚物的收率及共聚物中马来酸酐的含量,但反应时间过长会降低共聚物的分子量并导致分子量分布变宽。投料方式主要影响AN-MA共聚物中马来酸酐的含量,对共聚物的分子量及收率影响不大。 Initiated by (NH4)2S2O8--NaHSO3,the copolymer of acrylonitrile-maleic anhydride (AN-MA)was synthesized through precipitation polymerization of water phase. The effects of the constituent of the initiator system,the temperature and the time of reaction and the reagents mixing way were investigated. on the molecular weight (MW) the conversion,and the content of maleic anhydride in the copolymer(F2) By changing the constituent of the initiator system,MW and F2 could be changed in a large range without decreasing the conversion. The increase of the temperature of reaction decreased MW evidently,but was beneficial to the increase of F2. The increase of the conversion would proceed slowly with the increasing of the temperature. The longer the reaction time,th higher the conversion along with the more the F2 and the lowe er the MW. Furthermore,F2 could increase by dissolving MA in AN corn pletly before adding the other agents.
