摘要
测试了含有不同种类和含量的远红外辐射物质粉末的聚丙烯薄片 ,在 5 0℃时的全波长和分波段远红外发射率。结果发现 ,聚丙烯中加入远红外辐射物质后不同程度地显著增大了试样的 5 0℃全波长和分波段远红外发射率 ,试样的最大远红外发射率与纯远红外辐射物质接近 ;试样的组成与其发射率之间存在一定的规律性 ,当试样中的远红外辐射物质粉末含量逐渐增加时 ,试样的发射率迅速增大并达到极大值 ,此后又迅速降低 ,极值出现时的试样组成与远红外辐射物质粉末的种类有关 ,一般远红外辐射物质粉末的含量在 5 %~ 15 %之间时出现极值 ,而含有某些远红外辐射物质的聚丙烯薄片可能存在一个以上的极值。这一研究结果对确定高发射率、高物理机械性能的远红外辐射聚合物板以及纤维或涂料的组成具有十分重要的意义。
The relation between composition and 50℃ far-infrared emissivity of far-infrared radiated powder containing polypropylene plates are studied.The results show that,the emissivity at 50℃ of polypropylene plates are obviously increased after mixed with far-infrared radiated materials powder.There is a law between composition and emissivity of the polypropylene plates.As the content of far-infrared radiated materials powder in sample increasing,the emissivity rises quickly and tends to a maximum of emissivity,after that ,the emissivity decreases quickly.The content of far-infrared radiated materials powder in sample with maximum emissivity is dependented on type of the powder.The content of powder in polymer plate is usually 5%~15% (wt.) at maximum emissivity.This conclusion is useful to the manufacture of polymer plate,.fiber or paint with high emissivity and excellent physical and mechanical properties.
