酪胺基有机磷化合物的质谱规律研究

摘要 本文在亚稳态测定和高分辨精确质量计算的基础上,研究了二类酪胺基有机磷化合物的质谱裂解规律。大部分的基峰都来源于氮原子的β裂分。当烷氧基与酪胺硫逐磷酰基相连时,出现m/z 97的特征碎片。当烷氧基和芳氧基同时连在硫逐磷酰基上时,硫原子和氧原子的互换总是发生在芳氧基上,接着p—s键断裂,生成芳硫基碎片。 The El mass sprctra of organophosphorus compounds containing tyraminyl radical were studied by means of high resolution and metastable defocusing MS technique. Mechanism of the free radical and positive charge of nitrogen and sulfur atoms induce cleavage have been investigated, the regular pattern of El spectroscopy was reported. Most base peaks are formed from β cleavage of nitrogen atom. When alkyloxy substituent and aryloxy substituent were linked togather with tyramine thiophosphoryl, the exchange of sulfur atom and oxygen atom always takes place on aryloxy substituent, then P-S bond cleavages and forms arylthioyl fragment.
