摘要
对萃取法分离精制三聚甲醛工艺过程进行了模拟 ,在试验研究基础上 ,以经济效益为出发点 ,对三聚甲醛分离精制生产装置进行了优化计算 ,得到了最优的萃取塔操作相比和精馏塔操作回流比。优化计算结果可做为工业化装置设计依据。
The technological process of separation and refining trioxymethylene by extraction method was simulated in this paper.From the viewpoint of economic benefit,the production unit of separating and refining trioxymethylene was evaluated on the basis of the experiment,and the optimal phase ratio of extraction tower and reflux ratio of distillation tower was determined.
