摘要
高精度立式立柱结构的动态特性会直接影响到大尺寸零件的加工精度和精度稳定性。计算模态分析和实验分析方法的结合使用,可准确可靠地获得了立柱结构的特征参数,验证了计算模型的可行性和准确性,为立柱结构设计优化提供了依据。
High-precision vertical grinder column will directly affect the dynamic characteristics of large-size parts' machining accuracy and precision stability.The combination of finite element modal analysis and experimental modal analysis can obtain reliable parameters,which validated finite element model feasibility and accuracy,of the dynamic characteristics of column structures and provide the basis for structural design optimization.
