日产5000t大型立磨机的磨辊装配过程中,磨辊轴承的精确安装是核心,也是难点。文中结合生产实际,提供了一种切实可行的立式磨磨辊轴承的安装工艺方法,以供借鉴。

During the assembly of the grinding rollers used for 5000t/d giant vertical mill,the accurate assembly of bearings in grinding rollers is core and difficult.In this paper,according to pratical manufacture conditions,a available assembly technology of bearings is provided for reference.
