摘要
针对国内多数大型精密加工中心在使用过程中出现的爬行和精度保持性不好等问题,提出了一种导轨的卸荷机构。对该机构的结构和工作原理进行了介绍。该机构能减轻支撑导轨所受压强,改善支撑导轨的耐磨性和低速运动平稳性,有效地抑制爬行,保证了机床的精度,提高了机床精度保持性。
This paper,in consideration of the fact that most large-size precision machining centers often encounter some problems like climb and poor accuracy maintenance in use,proposes a solution to solve the problems,called a guide way unloading device.It concisely introduces the construction and working principle of the device that effectively inhibits the climbing motion and ensures the accuracy and maintenance of accuracy of machine by relieving the pressure applied on the ways,improving the ways' abrasive resistance and smoothness of motion at low speeds.
