目前我国许多制氧厂仍在使用老式氧气压缩机(皮碗式),与新式氧气压缩机(活塞环式)相比,其缺点是效率低、能耗高、维修率高,正逐渐被淘汰。文中介绍了一种简单可行、投资少的改造方法。

At present,many oxygen plants still use old oxygen compressor（rubber bowl type） in our country,and it has lower production efficiency,higher energy consumption and maintenance rate than the new oxygen compressor（piston ring type）,so it is washed out gradually.This paper introduces a kind of simple and feasible technology with least investment for transforming old oxygen compressor.
