摘要 【目的】杂交育种被应用在各个物种之间。选育高品质,高产量的菌种。【方法】单孢分离技术是杂交育种行之有效的育种手段之一,近年来国内已开展这方面的研究。试验利用简单的仪器,设计一种适合鸡腿菇孢子收集和单孢分离的方法。【结果】鉴定挑选出35个单核菌株进行配对杂交,经染色镜检、拮抗试验、瓶栽试验,获得48个杂交新菌株。【结论】应用单孢分离技术对鸡腿菇进行杂交行之有效。 [ Objective ] The purpose of this project is to breed a high quality and yield fungoid. Hybridization has been taken to all of the species. [ Method] Single - Spore Isolation is one of the best way for hybridization, and many researchers have made studies in this field. With the aid of the simplest apparatus, a practical and simplest method of single - spore isolation and hybridization of Coprinus comatus was designed. [ Result] After appraisal, 35 Single -Spore mycelia were chosen for hybridization. After examination under coloration microscope, test of antagonistic lines, outgrowth generation in bottle, at last 48 new strains of filial generation were got. [ Conclusion] Using single -spore isolation to hybridize Coprinus comatus is effective.
