摘要
根据连续驱动摩擦焊的简化模型,推导了焊接过程的热输入数学模型,并通过热过程分析,建立了连续驱动摩擦焊三维热分析有限元计算模型;利用有限元软件ANSYS计算获得了45钢连续驱动摩擦焊接头温度场的分布特征,并与用红外测温仪测得的接头温度场进行了比较,验证了模拟结果。
According to the simplified model of the continuous driven friction welding,the mathematic model of the thermal source during the welding process was deducted.Based on the analysis of the thermal process,a 3D finite element analysis model was developed.By using software ANSYS,the tempreture field in continuous driven welded joint of 45 steel was established.Compared with the temperature field obtained from infrared thermometer,the simulation result was balidated.
