摘要
进行了两段法F -T合成 (MFT)Fe -Cu -K催化剂 3 0 0 0小时模试 ,考察了工艺改进后的适应性 ,催化剂稳定性及其影响因素。结果表明 ,CO转化率达到了 75~ 85 %,烃选择性达 78~ 94 %,C+5产率达 85~ 1 1 0g/NM3(CO +H2 )。
A 3000-hour scale-up test of the two-stage F-T synthesis process(MFT) was carried out, and the flexibility of the improved processing technology, the stability of the catalyst and the influential factors were examined The results indicated that the conversion of CO was 75~85%, the selectivity to hydrocarbons was 78~94%, and the yields of C + 5 was 85~110 g/NM 3(CO+H 2)
