在“α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯生产无溶剂法新工艺 (第二报 )”基础上 ,添加了滑石粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝等一种或几种作为分散剂使用 ,得到了易干燥和解聚操作的预聚物 ,提高了产品的收率与质量。并克服了以往本工艺只能使用北京大兴县化工厂出厂的氰乙酸乙酯生产α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯的缺点 ,而能用多家厂家的氰乙酸乙酯来生产“5 0 2”胶。

On the basis of the reported “New technique of Preparing α cyano acrylate (Part 2),” During condensation one or several compounds such as talc; Aluminium oxide, Silica, barium sulphate and Calcium Carbonate was added as disperser, then obtained prepolymer is easy to dry and pyrolyze. The improvement increases the yield and quality of product, and overcomes the shortcoming that before this condensation must use ethyl cyanoacetate prepared by first esterification and followed cyanogenation as raw material.
