Preparation of the Hard Latex for Coating on the Back of Plush Flannelet

用半连续乳液聚合法研制了长毛绒布背涂用的硬胶浆。从胶膜的硬度 ,泛黄性 ,原料成本等方面选择了单体 ,研究了官能单体对胶乳增稠性、粘接力的影响 ;探讨了乳化体系对胶乳粒子大小、渗透性的影响 ;选用了适当的保护胶体 ,解决了胶乳粘度及稳定性问题 ;研制出了长毛绒布背涂用硬胶浆 ,其胶膜强韧性高 ,不泛黄等各项性能满足了用户的需要。

The hard latex for coating on the back of plush flannelet was preparated using semicontinuous emulsion polymerization method. The effect of main monomers, functional monomer, emulsifiers, protective colloid on properties of latex and film were discoursed. Stability and viscosity of latex as well hardness and non-yellowing of the film have satisfied demande of users.
