某供弹动力系统设计仿真研究

摘要 某高炮无链供弹动力系统是自行研制产品,采用单泵多执行机构液压动力源,需要根据自动机射速协调工作,频繁快速启、制动和堵转,其并联执行元件动作相互交叠,动态响应不易预测。为了解系统的动态特性,利用AMESim仿真软件平台,依据无链供弹系统的特点,建立了供弹动力系统液压回路模型,研究了系统参数对动力机构动态响应的影响,在此基础上进行了系统参数优化匹配和蓄能器的选择及测试试验。试验验证了仿真结果,表明动力系统供弹及时可靠,节能效果显著,为高炮供弹动力系统的设计、改进及调试提供了理论依据。 The chainless ammunition feeding power system of a rapid-firing gun is a development products, which is a hydraulic power unit using a single pump to carry out the organization hydraulic multiple execute elements. The system must have the capability of stopping and starting quickly and frequently and breakdown torque speed to adapt to high-speed ammunition feeding during the operation process of automat mechanism. Due to overlapping work of the Paralleling execute component, its dynamic response isn't easy evaluated. To forecast a dynamic characteristic of the system, based on the characteristics of the chainless feeding system, a simulation model of feeding hydraulic power system has been built up by using AMESim. The study analyses the system parameter how to influence the dynamic respond of the execute component, then carries on matching parameter, choosing an accumulator and testing experiment. Test result proves applicability of the simulation technique and shows the system can feed quickly and reliably and save energy observably, The simulation results can provide theories basis for the design, improvement and adjusted of power system for rapid-firing gun.
