摘要
在碳酸乙烯酯 (乙碳 )和碳酸丙烯酯 (丙碳 )复合溶剂脱除合成气CO2 中试实验的基础上 ,就乙碳和丙碳的分子结构特点对乙碳和丙碳及两者复合溶剂的CO2 吸收性能进行了比较 ,讨论了乙碳 -丙碳 -水复合溶剂的相行为及其对工业操作的影响 ,并验证了乙碳 -丙碳复合溶剂应用于工业的可行性及其特点。
On the basis of the pilot plant experiment on the removal of CO 2 from syngas by the compound solvent of ethylene and propylene carbonates, a comparison is made of the characteristics of the molecular structures of ethylene and propylene carbonates and the CO 2 absorption properties of ethylene and propylene carbonates and the compound solvent of both carbonates, a discussion is had on the phase behavior of the compound solvent ethylene carbonate propylene carbonate water and its effect on industrial operation, and a verification is given of the feasibility and characteristics of the use of the compound solvent of ethylene and propylene carbonates in industry.
