摘要 中国尿素工业在 2 0世纪 60年代以水溶液全循环工艺开始发展 ,至 70年代和 80年代初形成较大规模的工业化生产 ,在全国建成 35套 1 1万t/a尿素装置。 80年代中期 4~ 6万t/a小尿素装置问世 ,至 90年代约有 1 2 0套以水溶液全循环工艺的小尿素装置建成投产。当时中小尿素装置的尿素产量占我国尿素总产量的75 % ,但这是 2 0世纪 60年代的经典工艺流程 ,该工艺的不足之处是物耗和能耗较高。我国工程技术人员通过近30年的不断探索和创新 ,在降低物耗和能耗方面有显著的进步 ,发展成为中国模式的水溶液全循环工艺。 The development of the urea industry in China began with the process of total recycle of aqueous solution in the sixties of the twentieth century, and commercial production on a large scale took shape in the 1970's and early 1980's, with the completion of 35 urea plants with a capacity of 110,000 t/a each nationwide. In the mid 1980's small urea plants of 40,000~60,000 t/a came out, and in the 1990's about 120 small urea units based on the process of total recycle of aqueous solution were completed and put into production. At that time the output of urea from the medium and small units accounted for 75% of the total national urea output, but the process was the classical one in the sixties of the twentieth century, with its drawbacks of high material and energy consumption. The engineers and technicians in China made continual exploration and innovation for about 30 years and made significant progress in the reduction of material and energy consumption, to develop a process of total recycle of aqueous solution in the Chinese fashion.
