摘要
针对球泡类LED照明灯具产品开发,为了解决散热问题,需要对散热器进行优化,本文设计了四种不同结构的散热器,并用热分析软件对散热效果分别进行了模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,在静态常温空气环境中,散热器的结构相同时,散热面积是影响散热性能的主要因素,圆形孔的散热性能优于正六边形孔的散热性能,良好的热传导会大大提高散热器的散热性能。
In order to satisfy the need of optimization design of LED lamps and lanterns radiators in practical manufacturing applications,we design four kinds of radiators with different structures,and simulate their cooling effect separately with the thermal analysis software.The simulation results show that when the radiators have the same structure,the cooling area is the main factor that affect cooling performance of radiator,and the circular hole has better cooling performance than the hexagonal hole,and the better heat conduction can greatly improve the cooling performance of radiator.
