摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定了灭幼脲、抗蚜威、三唑酮的含量。方法标准偏差 <0 5,变异系数 <0 5% ,回收率 98 0 %～ 1 0 0 0 %。
A method for quantitative analysis diflubenzuron,pirimicab and triadimefon by HPLC was set up.The result showed that the recovery was 98 0%～100 0%,standard deviation was below 0 5,variation coefficient was below 0.5%
