摘要
采用高效液相色谱法 ,用外标法对安克进行定量。方法的变异系数是 0 .2 6% ,线性相关系数是 0 .9999,回收率是 99.1 %～ 1 0 0 .1 %。
A method is developed for the determination of dimethomorph by HPLC.The coefficient of variation was 0.26%,linear correlation was 0.9999 and recovery was 99.1%～100.1%.
