美国州高等教育委员会问责系统探析 被引量：2

摘要 在美国,问责制是高校管理的重要手段,成熟的问责体系也是美国高等教育领域特色之一。文章简述了美国州高等教育管理委员会结构类型和州高等教育委员会问责系统的内涵及功能,分析了这一系统的运行程序及特点,并对如何建立我国高等教育问责制提出了建议。
