2010年南通市不同人群梅毒知晓率调查

Investigation on awareness rate of syphilis among different crowds in Nantong,2010

目的了解南通市不同人群掌握梅毒预防知识知晓率的情况。方法采用问卷调查方式对城市居民、农村居民、在校中学生、流动人口和暗娼5类人群现场发放问卷,逐户逐人调查。结果南通市不同人群梅毒知识知晓率存在差异,暗娼人群知晓率最高占74.00%,其余依次为城市居民、农民工、农村居民和在校中学生,在校中学生梅毒知晓率仅为58.00%;不同性别梅毒知晓率:男性知晓率高于女性(χ2=5.13,P<0.05);随着年龄组的增大,梅毒知晓率逐渐提高,经趋势性卡方检验,不同年龄组知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.17,P<0.05);问卷中的问题,对"梅毒经性传播"知晓率最高达91.43%,"日常接触不会传播"知晓率最低为53.33%;群众获取梅毒预防知识的途径中,"电视"比例最高68.10%,"学校讲座"比例最低5.71%。结论需重点加强在校中学生有关梅毒预防知识的宣传,进一步拓展全人群获取梅毒预防知识的渠道,广泛开展宣传教育,普及梅毒防治知识,从而有效提高我市人群的梅毒知晓率。

Objective To understand the preventive knowledge awareness rate of syphilis among different crowds in Nantong. Method Carried out questionnaire investigation to city residents, country dwellers, students, floating population, unlicensed prostitutes. Results The awareness of syphilis among different crowds were different, unlicensed prostitute was the highest （74. 00% ）, followed by city residents, migrant laborers, country dwellers and students, the students awareness rate was only 58.00%. The awareness rate of male was higher than female （χ^2 = 5. 13, P 〈 0. 05 ） . The rate increased with age up. By ehi square test, there were statistical significance between different ages. Pointed to the investigation questions, for example, syphilis is transmitted through sex was widely known and the awareness rate was 91.43%, while the awareness of daily contact does not transmit syphilis was the lowest （ 53.33% ） . 68. 10% of knowledge obtained from TV and 5.71% from school lectures. Conclusions By the investigation, we should enhance the propaganda of syphilis preventive knowledge among students, further expanded the obtained routes, developed widespread propaganda education, popularity the preventive knowledge and improved the awareness rate.
