摘要 兰新铁路第二双线甘青段张掖以西地区地质条件复杂,气候恶劣,施工过程中混凝土裂缝等质量通病极易产生。针对该地区干旱严寒、日照强、昼夜温差大、风沙大、风期长等自然环境特点,主要从混凝土配合比优化、混凝土温度监控量测、混凝土养护及采用透水模板布等途径进行了混凝土裂缝控制措施的研究和探讨。 Since the area to the west of Zhangye in gan-qing secection on the line of the second double-line of Lan-xin rail- way is located in a complex geological condition with a harsh climate, the problem of concrete-cracking is prone to occur in the process of concrete construction. In the light of some natural characteristics of this area, including dryness and cold- ness, strong sunshine, large temperature difference between day and night, fierce wind and sand, a long period of wind, we conducted a study and discussion about the measures to control concrete-cracking from the following perspectives such as concrete mix proportion optimization, concrete temperature monitoring measurement, concrete curing and use of controlled permeability formwork liner.
