To explore the fundamental way to solve expensive treatment.Through the analysis of the root causes of expensive treatment and the social phenomena,and combining the obtain results of the health insurance total pre-paid,three aspects were elaborated witch were the government,health insurance departments and medical institutions.Only a fundamental solution of the problems of system,insufficient compensation,unreasonable pricing,regulation methods of drug procurement and pricing,medicare payment methods,the expensive treatment can be resolved.
