驻疆某医院2009年-2010年出院病人疾病构成分析

Disease Constitutes Analysis on Discharged Patients from 2009 to 2010 in a Hospital in Xinjiang

目的掌握住院病人疾病构成的特点。方法对某院某病区疾病分类资料进行分析。结果该病区住院前五位疾病构成依次为:传染病和寄生虫病(76.06%)、呼吸系统疾病(10.61%)、消化系统疾病(9.85%)、症状、体征和临床与实验异常所见(1.10%),不可类于他处者以及肿瘤(0.76%)。结论分析住院病人疾病构成,可为合理配置卫生资源、制定疾病预防措施、提高部队卫生防病水平提供参考依据。

Objective To master the disease constitution characteristics of the hospitalized patients.Methods Analyzing disease classification material in a ward.Results The top five disease constitutes in this ward were infectious and parasitic diseases（76.06%）,respiratory system disease（10.61%）,digestive system disease（9.85%）,symptoms,signs and clinical and experimental anomalies（1.10%）,not in elsewhere and tumor（0.76%）.Conclusion We can provide a reference basis for reasonable distributing medical resource,making disease prevention measures and improving army prevention health level by analyzing hospital patients disease constitution.
