摘要
本文通过对电控柜试验检测系统工作原理和工艺流程的分析,设计了基于西门子SIMATIC S7-200系列PLC和西门子SIMATIC MP 277 10"彩色触摸屏的机电控制系统。利用触摸屏灵活的人机交互功能,设置控制信号并通过PLC控制继电器,完成对操作盒的试验检测。软件分别选用STEP 7 MicroWIN编程软件及WinCC flexible 2008组态软件。
This article through to the analysis of the working principle and technological process of the Electronic Control Cabinet, design based on Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 series of PLC and Siemens SIMATIC MP 277 10＂ color touch-screen of the electrome chanical control system.Using flexible human-machine interactive function of the touch-screen,setting control signals and controlling relay through the PLC,completes to test the operation-box.The softwares were STEP 7 MicroWIN and WinCC flexible 2008 configuration software respectively.
