Design and Realization of Monitoring Plan about Cargo Sorting System Based on MCGS

设计了一套货物分拣系统监控方案,用以实现对TVT-METS-3货物分拣系统的在线监控,完成对货物的分拣、加工、装配,以及出入库管理。用MCGS工控组态软件编写控制程序。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行效果良好,人机界面友好,达到了预期效果。

A monitoring plan about cargo sorting system has been designed for realize online monitoring for TVT-METS-3＇ cargo sorting system,and complete the cargo sorting,processing,assembling,and out-storage management.Using MCGS industrial control configuration software write the control programs.The practical running results indicate that the system has been running well,it has friendly man-machine interface,and has been achieved the expected results.
