建筑企业科技项目后评估指标体系研究

Post-evaluation Index System Research of Science and Technology Project in Construction Enterprise

以建筑企业应用技术研究型科技项目为研究对象,提出科技项目后评估指标体系,以提高建筑企业科技项目负责人的责任心、实现资源优化配置、提高项目管理科学性。分析得出技术价值、经济效益、社会效益、组织管理和人才培养是建筑企业科技项目后评估的五个重要指标体系。五大指标体系分别下分二级、三级指标,形成了系统而全面的科技项目后评估指标体系,对建筑企业实施科技项目后评估提供参考。

Based on the science and technology project which belongs to technology application research of construction enterprise,the paper set up science and technology project post-evaluation index system which can improve project leader＇s resposibility,realize resource allocation optimization,and improve scientificalness of project management.The analysis shows that technology value,economic effectiveness,social effectiveness,organization management and personnel training are five important index systems for post-evaluating construction enterprise sciense and technology project.That five index systems all include second-level and third-level indices,forming a systemic and comprehensive index system,which can be reference to construction enterprise when post-evaluating science and technology projects.
