轨道刨削损伤的特征检测

摘要 轨道刨削是超高速滑动下轨道表面的一种损伤形式。刨削的出现降低系统发射效率、缩短轨道寿命,减小射弹方向精度。对实验室内轨道发射后的轨道进行宏观形貌和微观检测分析,观察到刨槽内表面具有光泽的熔融外貌,而前后外表面出现少许烧蚀等现象。从以上观察结果总结得到刨削产生的特征,为下一步刨削机理和抑制手段的研究确定方向。 Rail gouging is a damage mechanism that occurs on the surface of rail and the hypercelocity sliding object.The harm of gouges includes lowering efficient of railgun system,decreasing life of rails,reducing projectile accuracy of direction.From visual observation and micro test for rails after experiment shots,many results include that gouges had fusible inner surface with a slight sheen,ablation would happen around the gouges,and others can be obtained.Two features of gouging were concluded from the results,which would lend itself to study of mechanism and elimination of gouging.
