基于剩余产能补贴的“农超对接”协调研究

The Study of Coordination on “Agriculture Super Butt” Based on Subsidy Policy of Surplus Production Capacity

"农超对接"中,农户产能不足往往成为超市与其合作的很大障碍,然而,面对不确定的市场需求,保持较高的生产能力对于农户来说存在较大的风险。因此,确定一个合适的生产能力,成为"农超对接"双方要考虑的一个重要问题。本文从供应链管理角度来研究"农超对接"协调问题,基于Mark R等人的产能模型,通过进行相关修改,得到超市可以通过提供适当的剩余产能补贴来激励农户保持一个较高的产能,从而实现供应链利润的改善达到"农超对接"的协调。

In the process of ＂Agriculture Super Butt＂,lack of production capacity often becomes major obstacles for farmers to cooperate with the supermarket,however,there is a big risk for farmers maintain a high capacity because the market demand is uncertain.Therefore,to determine an appropriate production capacity is an important issue for both sides of ＂Agriculture Super Butt＂.In this paper,From the perspective of supply chain management to study the coordination of ＂Agriculture Super Butt＂,based on Mark＇s capacity model,by making relevant changes to get the supermarket can provide adequate spare capacity subsidies to encourage farmers to maintain a high production capacity,in order to achieve improvement in the supply chain of ＂Agriculture Super Butt＂.
