Military and political quality as well as capacity of holding posts of integrated training cadets concern the constriction of army,and the training can not achieve in the short term.This paper discussed how to cultivate military and political quality as well as capacity of holding posts of integrated training cadets more effectively,starting from the relationship of system engineering of military and political quality,capacity of holding posts and comprehensive quality training.
