摘要
通过调查沧州某高专院校学生体育活动状况与心理健康状况,发现实验前后大学生经常参加体育锻炼与不参加体育锻炼的心理健康水平存在着显著性差异;不同体育活动项目各因子总体间不存在显著性差异。由此可见,体育活动是提高大学生心理健康水平的有效途径,在深入研究的基础上,提出了加强高校体育对大学生进行心理健康教育的合理化建议。
Through the investigation on condition of students′ sports activity and psychological health of Cangzhou college,it finds that there is significant difference on college students′ mental health level of participating in regular physical exercise or not before and after the experiment;there is no significant difference among factors of different sports activities.This shows sports activities are the effective way to improve college students' psychological health,and reasonable suggestions on strengthening college students' mental health education are put forward.
