摘要
近年来工程建设项目的实施对周边环境影响备受关注,环境目标也成为工程项目管理的重要研究目标。本文围绕工程项目工期、成本、质量和环境等目标因素为研究内容,基于价值链理论运用工作分解法,对价值链基本活动最终分解为n项单项工作T、C、Q、E的优化问题。借助效用理论及多属性效用函数建立工程项目价值链量化分析模型,采用粒子群优化算法得到最佳的决策方案,即工期-成本-质量-环境的综合优化目标,从而达到项目工期短、造价合理、质量优良、环境影响小的效果,实现最佳的经济效益和社会效益。
In recent years, with the implementation of the engineering construction projects, the influence to the periphery environment has been specially concerned and environmental target has become an important goal in research of project management. This paper focused on the goal factors of engineering project period, cost, quality and environment as the research content. Based on the theory of value chain and the method of work decomposition, the basic value chain activities was ultimately divided into many single works, which are about the optimization problem of T, C, Q, E. With the utility theory and the multi-attribute utility function, the quantitative analysis model of project value chain was build. By using particle swarm optimization algorithm, the best decision-making plan, period-cost-quality-environment comprehensive optimization goal, was obtained. Therefore, the ~oal of short period, reasonable cost. hie.h aualitv, small environmental impact effect and the best economic and social benefit were achieved.
