Through the deepening analysis of tourism resources and natural environment in the upstream of Irrawaddy, this article thinks that the tourism resources of Irrawaddy upstream are rich. Combining with the development of project, after the improvement of infrastructure, it can become the new land for ecotourism combining with the whole tourism plan, and bring more comprehensive benefit for the project development.
