基于人性化的居住区空间环境设计分析

"以人为本"的居住区空间环境研究已受到越来越多专家的重视。人性化的居住区空间环境对人的生理、心理以及邻里和睦、居住安全等具有重要影响,加强空间环境的人性化设计是一种必然选择。在对居住区空间环境人性化发展的必要性分析的基础上,提出了其人性化设计的相关概念,明确了其生态性、经济实用、营造意境等设计原则,进而从绿地系统空间、活动空间、交往空间以及观赏空间提出了人性化设计的相关创作手法。

＂People-oriented＂ residential space environment theory has attracted more and more attention, the humanized living space environment on people＇s physiology, psychology and the neighborhood harmony, living safety has important influence. Residential district of the original environmental facilities have been unable to meet the residents needs, therefore must also strengthen the humanized design of space environment. In this paper, through the analysis of the residential spatial environment humanized development necessity, put forward the residential spatial environment humanized design concepts, and on this basis, adhere to the ecological, economical and practical, to create an artistic conception and principles, and then put forward the creation of humanized design.
