浅谈高校档案信息化的发展及对策

On the Development and Countermeasures of Informatization of Archives in Colleges and Universities

档案信息化管理在高等教育事业的发展中起着积极重要的作用。人事档案管理方式面临着越来越大的挑战,为了充分发挥档案工作在人事工作中的重要作用,各高校应该积极将信息技术与管理方法结合起来,促进档案的信息化管理。然而在开展过程中却难免遭遇各种障碍。本文围绕这些问题提出一些解决问题的对策,希望能够对档案进一步开展信息化管理有所帮助。

The archives informatization management plays a positive and important role in development of higher education. Personnel files management faces increasing challenges. In order to make full use of archives work in personnel work, all colleges and universities should actively combine the information technologies and management methods and promote informatization management of archives. However it inevitably encountered obstacles in the developing process. This paper proposes strategies around these issues, hoping to be helpful to further file informatization management.
