摘要
随着我国酒店业的蓬勃发展,大学酒店管理专业的毕业生就业前景非常乐观,然而据统计近几年我国大学酒店管理专业毕业生进入酒店后的流失率非常高,毕业后从事酒店工作的人数比例也在逐年减小。形成这种局面的原因主要有三个方面,一是大学酒店管理专业教育方面原因,二是大学酒店管理专业毕业生个人方面原因,三是酒店自身方面原因。针对这三方面的原因,本文给出了相应的措施,来减少酒店行业中酒店管理专业人才的流失。
As the hotel industry is developing vigorously, the prospects for college graduates of specialty of the hotel management of university are bright. However, according to the statistics of recent years, the turnover rate of hotel management graduates in China universities is high and the proportion of students, serving a hotel after graduation, is also gradually reduced. And for this situation there are three main aspects: first, namely the aspect of the professional education of hotel management in university; second, the personal reasons of the graduates; and third the aspect of the hotel itself. For the above three reasons, this thesis will present some countermeasures, hoping which could be helpful in reducing the loss of the professionals in hotel management.
