高校思想政治理论课由于其教学内容、教学目的特殊性、对学生的成长影响深远,从教学一般上督导已经满足不了思想政治理论课的发展新要求。在此基础上要有专职于思想政治理论课教学的督导,突出思想政治理论课教学督导的内容与特点。这是高校二级学院思想政治理论课提高教学质量与水平的重要途径。督导的重点内容是:坚持正确的政治方向和以理服人的根本;积极推广和完善有效的教学方法;不断推进以青年教师为重点的教师队伍建设。

With the distinctive nature of its teaching content and goals, and its profound influence on students, the Course of Politics Theory in Higher Institutions requires a higher level of teaching governance to meet new demand in its process of development. To this end, we should carry out the specialized governance on the Course of Politics Theory that can give full play to its content and features. And this teaching governance would serve as an important vehicle to enhance teaching quality and level of the Course of Politics Theory in the secondary institute.
