This article mainly expounds the teaching experience and reflection in the new chemistry course： in accordance with the requirements of the new chemistry course standard, changing traditional ideas, renewing teaching concept; actively stimulating students＂ interest in learning chemistry and potential; contacting life and realty, training and developing students＂ ability to solve practical problems; continuing to learning, and improving scientific literacy.
